Robert is a star.
Incredibly thoughtful, personable and completely thorough and efficient.
What I like best is that he always keeps you up to speed and is in communication. Where others go silent if there is nothing to report, Robert kindly touches base to reassure you and let you know when he expects to hear something.
A courtesy that is often lost in this day and age. Robert definitely looks after you and explains the process along the way.
