Fay is the Founder of Fast Forward 15 and Award Winning, not for profit Industry Mentoring programme, Honorary Doctorate awarded to Fay by the University of West London, Mentor of the Year -The Caterer Shine awards 2017, M&IT Personality of the Year 2011/2018, Pioneer Award – CN Agency Awards 2019, First Woman Award -Travel and Leisure – CBI. One of the Founders of Zibrant – one the largest full service U.K. agencies- then acquired by BCD Meeting and Events (master minded rebrand strategy of Zibrant in 2005. Company originally sold to Motivcom in 2007 re -acquired by Nigel Cooper and Fay Sharpe 2014. Acquired by BCD M&E in 2016).
